You will be sent an email alert advising there is new correspondence for you to view in your online account. This is a new function recently made available.

If you received the Blameless Tenant report previously, this will now be emailed to you. The email address this will be sent to is the main email address held against your landlord reference.

The Social Sector report will no longer be issued.

The new online account will be created based on the main email address and contact information held against your landlord reference. Subsequent Admin Users can be created by this landlord, allowing access to other users as required. Please see the guide to assist with how to complete this task.

Each time you log in, you'll need to input your username and password. You then select ‘Get Online Key’ and an email will automatically be sent to you. A new key will be issued each time you log in.

Yes, you can click on the start date or end date of entitlement to put claim entitlement dates in order.

Passwords need to be changed every 90 days and you will be prompted to do this automatically when required.

After three attempts your account will be locked. Please email the Benefits and Council Tax Team at benctax@fife.gov.uk to request your password is reset. The team may carry out some security checks with you to authenticate your request.

This is a security measure. You will be asked to sign back in where more than 30 minutes have passed since you were last active in the account.
