What happens after you apply

If we need more information to support your application, we'll contact you.

We aim to process your application within 5 working days of receiving it.

If you have not heard from us after 5 working days and you want an update, you can contact us online or call 03451 55 11 55.

If your child is entitled to free school meals, we will notify their school.

If they are not entitled to receive free school meals and/or a school clothing grant, we will notify you of this by email or post.
