We encourage private nurseries, playgroups and childminders to apply to become funded early learning and childcare providers on our behalf.

Applicants should read the "Statement of Requirements" document prior to submission. You also should refer to the "Terms and Conditions" document as you are asked to accept these as part of the application form.

Applicants should submit the "Application form (Part A)" along with "evidence requested in (Part B)" and send it to us for evaluation.
