Rosyth Skate Park and MUGA

Rosyth Skate Park

Property Services provided civil engineering design and contract administration for this project.

The project involved the construction of a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and a skatepark. These replace an older, poor quality steel skatepark and pitch, with modern state-of-the-art facilities. It represents a significant contribution by Fife Council towards health and fitness in the area. The MUGA is marked for 5-a-side football, basketball and tennis and has a 3 m high steel mesh rebound fence. The skatepark layout was produced in partnership with a local user group and with skatepark specialists, Concreate.
