Glenwood High School

Glenwood High

Property Services provided Architectural, Quantity Surveying (in partnership with Building Services), Mechanical and Electrical designs for the project.

The project involved the conversion of the existing mini-bus garage space to create a new engineering workshop to be utilised in partnership with Fife college. This flexible space will allow a range of new vocational courses to be offered by the schools in the Glenrothes area and strengthen the links with the local college.

The refurbishment included upgrading the insulation to the walls, new glazed doors and installing new electrical and mechanical services suitable for the workshop environment.

The project was completed successfully in time for the school to use the space as scheduled from May 2017.
