Once this project is completed it will increase the supply of new industrial space in Fife and provide 10 new industrial units with access and parking provision.  It forms part of the Fife Industrial Innovation Investment Programme to support the delivery of Inclusive Growth and Innovation in Fife.

By adopting a sustainable approach in design, construction, and operation, this development will provide a resource-efficient, low energy office/light workshop environment for the foreseeable future.

This project will be delivered in partnership with Building Services, supported by local contractors and Property Services provided detailed design plans and client support services.
