The Council has a limited range of rural assets. As these are of a specialised nature, partly governed by legislation, they require the services of an agent specific for this task. The current framework contractor is Savills plc.
The Council's agricultural portfolio comprises a mixture of short-term grazing-type tenancies and secure agricultural tenancies. Savills are responsible for managing these assets and dealing with any vacancies that may arise.
