Our Audited Annual Accounts report on the financial position and performance of the organisation for the year. They are prepared in accordance with the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom, to ensure that the accounts present a true and fair view.
We have financial interests in other bodies, which are included in the Annual Accounts as part of the Council's Group. These bodies include the Fife Health & Social Care Partnership with NHS Fife, as well as other subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures. Fife Council is also responsible for the administration of certain Charitable Trusts and the Fife Pension Fund which are not included in the Council's Accounts. Separate Annual Audited Accounts are prepared for these.
