This development is one of the final projects delivered through Fife Council's Phase 3 Affordable Housing Programme, which has provided 3,500 new affordable houses across Fife. The homes were delivered in partnership with Robertson Partnership Homes.

The new properties offer tenants high quality, energy-efficient homes, including solar panels to help reduce utility costs. They have been designed to meet Scottish Government Sustainability standards, as well as Housing for Varying Needs and Secure by Design requirements.
