Our school vision was developed in consultation with pupils, parents and staff.

At Duloch Primary we aim to: "Learn, Achieve, Succeed"

Whilst recognising the importance of maintaining high attainment, we strive to celebrate the many achievements that our pupils are involved in.

Whole school assemblies and regular newsletters share these with other pupils and families and these are recorded for classes and individuals.

Many sporting, musical and drama and opportunities are made available for our pupils as well as participating in roles of responsibility around the school including house captains, playground buddies, lunchtime monitors, eco council members, pupil council members and Junior Road Safety Officers.

Through all the work of our school we aim to develop the four capacities of Curriculum for Excellence.  Capacities aim to develop:

• Confident Individuals
• Responsible Individuals
• Effective Contributors
• Successful Learners

Our facilities are outstanding and allow us to create opportunities to provide effective learning opportunities for all of our pupils. These include a well equipped games hall, access to the community theatre, well designed classrooms with ICT resources and shared areas to promote collaborative working. Within the public library we have sole access to a very well resourced children's library which is maintained and replenished by the library service.

Morning Session: 9.00am - 12.35pm

Morning Interval: 10.40am - 10.55am

Lunch Breaks: 12.35pm - 1.25pm

Afternoon Session: 1.25pm - 3.05pm

We actively promote the wearing of school uniform at Duloch. Uniform can be ordered through BE Schoolwear, 36 High Street, Kirkcaldy.  www.border-embroideries.co.uk. School ties can be purchased from the school office.
