About Leuchatsbeath
Area: 44 hectares
An extensive area of grassland and community woodland stretches across a hillside at the northernmost end of Cowdenbeath. The woodland is young, with around 50,000 trees planted. Surfaced pathways meander through the space and around a balancing pond at the eastern end. This is an appealing area with seating and picnic spots, as well as wooden leaf sculptures at the entrances and along the pathways.
