About Burntisland Links
Area: 20 acres / 8.4 hectares
An open grassy park to the west of the main street.
There are 2 railway underpasses that connect the Links to the coastal path, beach, skate park and Beacon Leisure Centre.
Between May and August each year a fairground is located in the park. Rides and activities are run by private operators and are not free.
Park History
The Burntisland Highland Games are held on the third Monday in July on the Links and are Scotland’s second-oldest games, dating back to 1652.
