This beach is located on the south side of the old harbour close to the East Sands Leisure Centre. It is a sandy beach with a path on the inland side. Due to the close proximity to the harbour and sailing club there are a lot of water sports.
East Sands with its café play park and easy access is an ideal venue for a fun filled family day out at the seaside.
Facilities include Lifeguards, First Aid, Toilets, Children’s play area, car parking, café and the East Sands Leisure Centre is located next to the beach. The beach is also connected to the Fife Coastal Path.
Disabled car parking spaces and facilities are available at this beach.
