National entitlement card for employees

If a Fife Council employee already holds a National Entitlement Card for printing services at work and has turned 60, they should apply for an Over 60s National Entitlement Card.

Please note that an employee can continue to use their current NEC for printing only, and the new Over 60 NEC can be held separately for Travel only.

Alternatively, the new Elderly (C60) NEC can be used for both travel and printing at work. An employee may need to amend the card number for printing, as it may be different from their original print card number. This can be done through First Contact.
