Completed projects during 2025/26

Fife Council finalised the completion of 47 new-build homes through the following projects:

• Langside, Kennoway - 20 Social Rent Homes
• Coaltown of Balgonie – 8 Social Rent Homes
• Valley House, Cowdenbeath – 19 Social Rent Homes

There were also phased handovers resulting in an additional 113 new-build homes at the following sites:

• Blacklaw Road, Dunfermline –  55 Social Rent Homes
• Bonfield Road, Strathkinnes – 12 Social Rent Homes
• Viewfield, Glenrothes – 46 Social Rent Homes

Our Partners through the Fife Housing Association Alliance delivered 177 new-build homes during 2025/26 in the following areas:

• Houldsworth Street, Blairhall – 4
• Younger Gardens (Ph2 SR), St Andrews – 12
• Younger Gardens (Ph2 MMR), St Andrews – 9
• South of Hill View, Kinglassie – 45
• Townhill Road, Dunfermline – 16
• Station Road, Pittenweem – 29
• Pitlethie Road, Leuchars – 49
• Fulmer Way, Dalgety Bay – 9
• Main Street, Colinsburgh – 4

Overall, the Affordable Housing Programme has delivered a total of 337 New Build Affordable Homes within all Housing Market Areas of Fife, 47% by Fife Council and 53% through the Fife Housing Association Alliance.
