The Council's agricultural portfolio comprises:
- short-term grazing-type tenancies
- secure agricultural tenancies
Some land is now available for a five-year term. Land is offered by tender to which anyone can apply through Public Contracts Scotland. Leases for five years on full repairing terms for enquine lettings or as a Short Limited Duration Tenancy for agricultural lettings. We do not keep a waiting list.

It will be necessary to register as a supplier to submit an offer. If you have uploaded your offer to the postbox on the website, you will receive a notification from the website . If you have not received such a notification, then your offer has not been uploaded. Only when you have clicked the “Dispatch” and “OK” buttons will your documents be posted so that they can be read.
Before you can use the postbox, you must record your interest in a notice.
