Applying for a Community Care Grant
Applications for a Community Care Grant can only be made online. If you need further support to apply, someone can make the application on your behalf.
There is a one hour timeout when completing the online application. Have all personal and financial details to hand.
IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR AN ITEM SUCH AS A COOKER, WASHING MACHINE OR FRIDGE/FREEZER - AND YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN AWARDED ONE FROM THE SCOTTISH WELFARE FUND WITHIN THE PAST 12 MONTHS - THEN PLEASE SPEAK TO ONE OF OUR ADVISORS TO CONFIRM WHETHER OR NOT THE ITEM YOU WERE AWARDED IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. If you need support you can:
- book a telephone or in-person appointment with a Customer Service Advisor
- call us on 0300 555 0265 (option 3) and we can arrange an appointment for you to visit one of our Customer Service Centres.
If you require an interpreter to be at your appointment do not book this online, you will need to call 0300 555 0265, Monday to Friday - 9am to 2:30pm and we will arrange this for you.
