A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Strategic Planning and Performance to join the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership to provide strategic leadership and be a core member of the Senior Leadership Team .
Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is one of the larger Health and Social Care Partnerships in Scotland, serving the stunning and diverse Kingdom of Fife on Scotland’s East coast. We provide health and social care to a population of more than 380,000 people and lead a workforce of around 7,000 staff. We support a Team Fife approach with NHS Fife, Fife Council, the independent and voluntary sectors.
The post holder will become a member of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Director of Health and Social Care. You will have line management responsibility and accountability for managing, developing and providing leadership to the following services across Fife within the Health and Social Care Partnership:
