Nature thriving along the restored stretch of the Lyne Burn

A survey was carried out and found a wide variety of pollinator species from bumblebees to butterflies making the most of the native wildflowers along the burn. Several bird species were found to be using the burn including this family of ducklings and most recently, a group of grey wagtails. It is fantastic to see that the restoration work has provided a vital home for many different species of native wildlife.
