In 2011 Fife Council Children’s Services established a process to support newly qualified and new to Fife social workers (NQSW/NTFSW). A robust induction programme was implemented alongside the introduction of a monthly forum. The programme which supports the forum runs for 15 months, with a clear expectation that all NQSW/NTF attend.
