Saving...

Learning something new improves self-esteem and confidence, reduces the risk of depression, anxiety and sleep disorders and builds a sense of purpose.

Distract yourself from anxieties by engaging in activities such as reading, watching a film or listening to music.

Take on a new challenge to make or fix something, rediscover an old hobby that challenges you, whether it’s writing stories, cooking, sewing, gardening or playing board games.
