Covid variants, self-isolation, worrying about you or loved ones falling ill - all of this can feel overwhelming. Add in the dark nights, bad weather and social isolation and it can be really difficult to deal with the stress and keep yourself well.
Remember you are not on your own. There are many reasons some people need just a bit more of a helping hand, and we want you to know that in these uncertain times it’s OK to reach out for support.
