During the playing season April to September the green is normally available for play from 10:00 hrs until dusk on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun and from 11:00 hrs until dusk on Tues, Thur & Sat due to grass cutting.
"The Big Green" at Kirkcaldy Bowling Club is a rectangular green with 8 rinks in regular use but can be set at 9 rinks for special events. Club members maintain the green and surrounding grounds throughout the summer playing season (Apr. - Sept.). During the winter closed season (Oct - Apr.) a heavy maintenance program is carried out including the renovation of the green.
