Glen Housing Association is a registered social landlord providing homes for rent. The Association owns and manages around 400 homes in the North Glenrothes and Levenmouth areas of Fife.  It aims to be a forward looking, professional and approachable provider of good quality housing, working with others to create attractive communities.

Hillcrest Housing Association provide a comprehensive range of affordable accommodation, specialising in general needs housing for families, couples and single person households.

They also:
  • provide a tenancy support service to people who are vulnerable to homelessness through tenancy breakdown,
  • have some housing that is adapted for wheel chair users and supported housing for the elderly. 

Kingdom Housing Association provide a comprehensive range of affordable accommodation, specialising in general needs housing for families, couples and single person households.

They also:

  • provide a tenancy support service to people who are vulnerable to homelessness through tenancy breakdown,
  • have some housing that is adapted for wheel chair users and supported housing for the elderly,
  • provide properties for Mid Market Rent and Low Cost Home Ownership.

Ore Valley Housing Association  owns and manages more than 500 properties in Fife. In recent years the Association has developed and expanded its provision of housing and non housing related services to its communities, moving into property development and wind farming. It is a member of a number of working partnerships with other housing providers in Fife.
 


A nomination is where we are invited to refer a tenant to one of our housing assocation partners. However, we do not have nomination rights to all Housing Association homes that become vacant.
