The day to day management of the Housing stock is the responsibility of the Local Office Network. We apply Fife wide policies and procedures on a decentralised basis. Our Local Offices bring Fife Council services to your doorstep. If you need any Council Service, would like help with an enquiry or problem or want to make a complaint, just contact any Local Office and staff will see how they can help you.

Service Standards

When you visit your local office you should expect us to meet these standards. You should receive a warm welcome from our staff. If you need information or wish to make a payment or booking you will be seen as quickly as possible. You should receive accurate information when you ask. Private interview facilities can be arranged. If you feel we are not meeting these standards, please let us know.
