Newburgh Library moved to its new location with in Tayside Institute Community Centre (TICC) in July 2012 and became Newburgh Library and Heritage Centre.
The Library and Heritage Centre is split between two rooms divided by the main corridor through the building. Room 1 houses the Heritage displays and the adult non-fiction, large print and talking book stock. The displays focus on a mixture of topographical views, archaeology and local industries such as lino. In room 2 you will find the reception desk, children’s area, adult fiction stock and the public access computers.
Moving to the TICC has meant the service is much more accessible for customers with automatic doors and a flat entrance. It's a very welcoming building and a refurbishment of the front of the building has been well received by customers.
